publications
In addition to my architectural design abilities, I have experience working in both individual and a professional team capacity to design and curate publications. Below are some of .
Love, Life & Lobsters (2020)
MArch Thesis Report
A research and development report that preceded the Love, Life & Lobsters design thesis project. Split into three volumes, this report considers: a design manifesto; local environment & law, all related to the design for an Orcadian live/work model eco-community, where the work element focusses on food production.
The Pursuit of Happiness (2019)
MArch Dissertation
The Pursuit of Happiness: To what extent can design decisions made in model communities enable or disable happiness and social wellbeing of future residents? This dissertation analyses the origins of the model community concept and charts how political and economic agendas have been pushed in the name of 'social' agenda in three different model community case studies: Saltaire, The Alton Estate & The Collective Old Oak.
SSoA Catalogue 2018-2019 (2019)
Sheffield School of Architecture's End of Year Publication
Published annually to celebrate the student work and activity from that academic year, I worked to redesign the SSoA Catalogue this year to give strong identity and better legibility. Following the success of this publication, I was contacted the following year to work with the University once more.
